Location: The subdivision is located in
Fall River off the Lockview Road. It is connected to Kinloch and
Lake Fletcher Resort Estates Subdivisions. It is about 15 minutes from airport,
Dartmouth and Bedford/Sackville and about 25-30 minutes to Halifax.
Age of houses: Some that were built from mid 1970's to mid 1980's while
the new section has many new or almost new houses. New section developed
in 2000 to 2003. Many new homes built at that time. Advantages: Walking distance to all schools. Lake access short distance
away. Excellent neighbourhood. Style of housing available: All single family detached houses are
available here including split entry, side split and two storey homes. New
homes are now available in the area. Some of the streets in the subdivision: High Road, St. Andrews Dr,
Dundee Close, Kingclaven, Ballathie, Bonnyview, Carmel and Hollyrod
Schools: Ash Lee Jefferson Elementary, 7-8 George P. Vanier, Lockview
High 9-12
