built from 2003 to present. Advantages: Located closest to Halifax than any other Bedford Subdivision.
Bedford South School within walking of subdivision. Great views of Bedford
Basin from many locations in the subdivision. Easy commute to Halifax.
Walking or short drive to Papermill Lake beach, rink, baseball fields,
parks, grocery, Tim Horton's and many other amenities. Style of housing available: Larger two storey and executive two
storey homes, two storey townhouses, apartment condos, townhouse bungalow
condos, Some of the streets in subdivision: Southgate, Strathaven,Winstone
Close,McQuillan,Ravines Schools: Bedford South grades Primary-9, C.P. Allen High School
grades 10-12.
