Location: Cedarwood is located in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, just off the Pockwock Road about 7 kms from Bedford and 30 kms to downtown Halifax. It is attached to both White Hills Subdivision and Maplewood Subdivision. First left off Norman Blvd.
Age of houses: The subdivision is a newer one with construction of houses starting in 2003. There are several brand new homes available in the subdivision.
Advantages: Large lots of at least 1 acre with most being even larger. Schools up to grade 9 are within a few minute drive. Wonderful $85,000 playground built in the subdivision in 2008.
Style of housing available: Split entry, mid size and larger two story homes. Executive homes available as well as lakefront homes. All houses were built 1997 or later.
