Park West is located on the edge of Halifax city in Clayton Park. It is
above Dunbrack Street.
Description: Clayton Park West is conveniently located minutes from
downtown Halifax. It is a densely populated subdivision with a mixture
of single detached houses, semi-detached, townhouses, condominiums and
large rental apartment complexes. It is very close to all amenities including
schools, Bayer's Lake shopping district, Mainland Common recreation district
and and much more. Smaller serviced lots.
Age of houses: Houses in Clayton Park West were built from early 1990's
to 2008. Advantages: Easy commute to downtown Halifax. Most amenities in
the area including great shopping, schools, parks, swimming pool, library
and more. Style of housing available: All styles of single family detached
houses are available here. Many small lot two storey and larger two storey
homes available in this area. Also semi-detached, townhouse and condominiums. Some of the streets in subdivision: Langbrae, Barkton, Turnmill,
Heathside, Scotch Pine, Essex,Glenbourne, Aster, Cutter,Red Fern, Carlina,
