Location: Cresthaven is located off the Bedford Hwy. about halfway between Bedford and Halifax and about 10 kms to downtown Halifax
Age of houses: Some of houses in this area were built in the late1980's but some were built in the late 1990's .
Advantages: The subdivision is well located for an easy commute to Halifax downtown. Consistent housing with high end executive style housing throughout all with some brick. Subdivision backs on hemlocke Ravine Park which is a huge treed park with walking trails throughout. There is an access from the subdivision to the park. Good schools are closeby including Grosvenor Wentworth Elementary which is a short walk away.
Style of housing available: All single family detached housing. All executive style houses with most being larger two storey homes. Some bungalows but not many.
Schools: Grosvenor Wentworth Elementary- P-6 walking, Clayton Park Junior High 7-9 and Halifax West 10-12.
