is located off Joseph Howe Drive in the City of Halifax about 12 kms to
downtown. Age of houses: Houses vary from brand new or almost new to 40-50 years old. There is presently (2005) new construction going on the area. Advantages: Short drive to downtown Halifax. Most amenities,including 3 of metro's largest shopping centers, are within walking or short driving distance.
