FALL RIVER SCHOOLS
The Fall River school system consists of two elementary schools ( P-6),
one junior high school(7-8) and one of the most modern new high schools(9-12)
in the country. Everyone in the Fall River area attend the same senior
high school but which elementary or junior high school you attend depends
on where you live. Basically anybody who lives in Swartzwald or farther
out goes to Holland Road Elementary and all others go to Ash Lee Jefferson
Elementary. Ash Lee Jefferson, Lockview High School and George P. Vanier
Junior High are all within a short walk of each other on the Lockview
Road. Some children in Capilano Estates go to Beavebank for elementary
and junior high school. Bussing is available for children who live more
than 2.5 kilometers from the school. Early french immersion and late immersion
is available as well. As of April 2006 french immersion was available
at Ash Lee Jefferson, George P Vanier and Lockview High School. This is
constantly changing. You should call the school durectly to confirm. For

Lockview High School
Located at 148 Lockview Road
in Fall River. This school was completed in 2000 and is one of the most
technically enriched schools in Nova Scotia. Children from all areas in
Fall River attend this school for grades 9-12.The enrollment in 2001 was
