Age of houses: Two distinct parts of the subdivision. The older section has houses that were built from mid 1970's to mid 1980's while the new section has houses that were built from late 1990's to 2009.
Advantages: Beautiful large lots. New section has municipal water. Three lakes in the subdivision in subdivision. The largest Third Lake, has power boating allowed and has a public park with boat access. The other two lakes in the subdivision , Perry Lake and Three Mile Lake, are smaller lakes with good swimming and small boating but no power boats allowed. Close to Lower Sackville for amenities. Well established and popular area.
Style of housing available: All single family detached houses are available here including split entry, side split and two storey homes. Many larger two storey homes available in this area.
