Tucked neatly into the trees of Fall River Village Subdivision is this
1,500 sq. ft split entry home on 1 acre lot. The landscaped lot is surrounded
with trees providing privacy as well as quiet. The driveway is concrete
exposed aggregate with parking for several cars or a boat or camper.
This is a very expensive driveway. Many lots in this area have gravel
driveways so this is a bonus. The yard is nicely landscaped and has
a fish pond out back with a sitting area to relax and enjoy it. There
are two double garages giving you the option to use both for vehicles
or possibly use the basement garage as additional living space for a
games room, craft room or possibly a home theatre. The detached garage
has a second floor loft with a staircase to it. This would make an excellent
work shop or additional storage. A second oil furnace provides heat
in winter making this garage ideal for someone who enjoys working on
cars/bikes or doing wood working or some other hobby.
You enter the home to an impressive two storey ceramic foyer with coat
closet. There are hardwood stairs leading to the main and lower levels.
The living and dining rooms are open to each other separated only by
two decorative pillars. Both rooms have oak hardwood floors. The kitchen
is located at the back of the house. This is a dream kitchen with many
oak cabinets and loads of counter space. A spacious kitchen dining area
has room for any size table. A door leads from the dining area to the
back deck. A hardwood hallway leads to the bedroom area of the main
floor. There are three good size bedrooms on this floor. The master
bedroom is accessed through a set of double doors. The master bedroom
has hardwood floors while the two children's bedrooms have carpet. A
door leads from the master bedroom to an outstanding main bath. This
bath is very spacious and has a walk up whirlpool tub, seperate shower
and large oak vanity. This room feels more like a spa than a bathroom.
The lower level of this house has a fabulous family room with propane
fireplace. There is also a 4th bedroom on this level with a door to
the full bath. The bath also has a laundry area combined with it. A
two car garage with utility room completes the lower level.
This home has many items included such as dishwasher, microwave, complete
central vac, alarm, all window coverings, two garage door openers, two
oil furnaces, propane fireplace and fish pond.
This is a fabulous home on a wonderful lot in an excellent subdivision.
