Location: Located a few minutes west of Halifax off exit 3 Hwy. 103. St. Margaret's Bay Road.
Age of houses: Most of the houses were built in early to mid 1990's. Some houses were built in early 2000's. There is an older section of the subdivision with houses that were built in the 1970's.
