Location: Located a few minutes west of Halifax off exit 3 Hwy. 103. St. Margaret's Bay Road.
Age of houses: Most of the houses were built in early to mid 1990's. Some houses were built in early 2000's. There is an older section of the subdivision with houses that were built in the 1970's.
Advantages: Two schools located in the subdivision on James Street that cover grades primary to grade 5 (as of April 2004. Subject to change.) Few minutes to metro's largest and most popular shopping at Bayer's Lake.Short commute of 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Halifax.
