Location: The subdivision is located towards the end of Hammonds Plains Road, not far from St. Margaret's Bay, about 25 kms from the edge of Halifax city limits and 12 kms to Bedford. Located about 3 kms to the Hubley Center Shopping Center and St. Margaret's Bay Arena and Community Center .
Advantages: Well established subdivision. Large lots of at least half an acre. Lake in subdivision.
Age of houses: Some houses here were built late 1970's and early 1980 but many have been built since. Some new construction still available in the subdivision. One of the first subdivisions in Hammonds Plains.
Style of housing available: All single family detached houses are available here including split entry, side split and two storey homes. Some are on the lake.
Schools: Hammonds Plains Consolidated P-4, Madelaine Symonds Middle School 5-9, CP Allen High 10-12 bussed.
