| Like most areas there are houses of every style you can imagine
in Hammonds Plains. There are however three styles of home which are predominant
in the area. They are as follows. |
| SPLIT ENTRY |

Split entry homes are found throughout Hammonds Plains. A split entry
is much like a bungalow with one distinct advantage. The basement
in a bungalow is 8 ft of concrete with smaller windows. In a split

wood, which allows for much larger windows. A typical split entry

and two full bathrooms on the top floor. The lower level will contain
a larger family room, a fourth bedroom, laundry room, half bath and
often a basement garage. The average size is 28 x 44 ft. |
