Location: The subdivision is located
in Fall River just above the Lockview Road. It is connected to St. Andrew's
Village and Lake Fletcher Resort Estates Subdivisions. It is about 15
minutes from airport, Dartmouth and Bedford/Sackville and about 25-30
minutes to Halifax.
Age of houses: New or almost new homes. Oldest houses were built in
mid 1990's. New homes still available in area.
Advantages: Walking distance to all schools. Lake access short
distance away. Excellent neighbourhood.
Style of housing available: All single family detached houses are
available here including split entry, side split and two storey homes.
Schools: Ash Lee Jefferson Elementary, 7-8 George P. Vanier, Lockview
High 9-12
