MLS listings are posted on the public MLS site. However there is a delay from the time they are seen by agents. This delay varies but can be up to a couple of days. Often the property is sold before it is seen on the public MLS site. When we receive this request you will added to a system called "prospector" on the agent's mls site. You will then be automatically emailed the listings, that fit the requirements you set below, as soon as the listing is posted on the agent's mls site. Be specific with your requirements so the listings that are sent to you match your needs. Note that often areas that you are not interested in are grouped with areas you may be interested in so you may receive listings slightly outside your area of interest as well. For example Timberlea is grouped with areas much further outside the city.
