Location: The subdivision is located off the Perrin Road ( formerly Old Guysborough Rd) in Fall River. It is located about 4 km from exit to highway up what is now a dirt road.The drive to the exit is a difficult one on this road but there are plans, I've been told, to pave this road shortly.
Age of houses: Subdivision opened in fall 2003. New or almost new houses.
Advantages: Miller lake in subdivision. Large treed lots of at least 1 acre. Easy access to highway to Dartmouth/ Burnside Park.
Style of housing available: All single family detached houses are available here including split entry, side split and two storey homes.
Some of the streets in the subdivision: Preakness Crescent, Delray Court and Mornington Court.
Schools: Holland Road, 7-8 George P. Vanier, Lockview High 9-12. Bussed to all schools.
