Location: The subdivision is located
at the farthest end of Sackville from Halifax in Beaverbank. About 4-5
kms to main highway and downtown Lower Sackville. Monarch Estates is connected
to Rivendale Estates Subdivision.
Age of houses: Houses were built in late 1990's to 2004. Advantages: Elementary school, with soccer field and playground,
located in the subdivision. Large country style lots. Pond in subdivision
which can be used for canoeing. Feels like country but you are only a
few minutes to downtown Sackville. 3 minute drive to main highway to Halifax,
Dartmouth and Bedford. (Hwy.#101). Some of the lots near the entrance
to the subdivision from the Beaverbank Road are serviced with municipal
water and sewer. Style of housing available: Only single family detached houses
available here including split entry, bungalow, two storey and side split
homes. Some of streets in subdivision: Monarch, Imperial, Majestic, Joan,
Amedee,Deerhurst,O'Leary, Burden, Rebecca, Wessex, Cardinal
Schools: Monarch Drive Elementary P-6(in subdivision), Harold T Barrett
Junior High 7-8, Lockview High School (Fall River) 9-12.
