| Location: Pine Bluff Subdivision is located off the Purcell's Cove Road Road in the Purcell's Cove area of Halifax. It is about 6 kms to the Armdale Rotary and 16 kms to downtown Halifax. Age of houses: Many of the houses were built in the mid to late 1980's but some were built since then as well. Advantages: The subdivision is well located for an easy commute to Halifax downtown. Spacious executive homes found in the subdivision some with water frontage on Williams Lake. Swimming in the subdivision. Good schools are closeby. Well established subdivision with an excellent reputation. Good size lots, many are well treed. Two yacht clubs nearby. Nice parks closeby including the Dingle Park and Sir Stanford Flemming Park. York Redoubt fort is only a few minutes drive away. Style of housing available: All single family detached housing. Mostly larger executive style homes, several with water frontage. Many two storey homes in the area. Schools: Fleming Tower (P-1), John W MacLeod- 2-6 walking, Cunard Junior High 7-9 and J.L.Ilsley10-12.
