Location: Located a few minutes west of Halifax
off exit 3 Hwy. 103. St. Margaret's Bay Road.
Age of houses: Houses on Riverview Drive were built in the early to
mid 1990's. Houses in the new phases such as Longard Street were built
from late 1990's to present. New houses in subdivision as of Jan 2005.
Advantages: Small subdivision ( a few small streets) of nicely
kept new or almost new single family detached kept homes. Two minutes
to metro's largest and most popular shopping at Bayer's Lake.Short commute
of 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Halifax. Style of housing available:
Detached two storey and split entry style homes. Some of the streets in subdivision: Riverview, Longard Schools: Beechville Lakeside Timberlea Elementary
(Grade P-5), Ridgecliff Middle School (Grades 6-9), Sir John A. McDonald
(Grades 10-12)
