Location: The subdivision is located in Armdale just off the Northwest Arm Drive(which Dunbrack turns into). Close to Armdale Rotary and Clayton Park. It is on the edge of the Spryfield area of Halifax.
Description: The area is conveniently located in Armdale just minutes from downtown Halifax. It is a mixture of larger single detached houses and apartment style condominiums Smaller serviced lots. Small lake/pond in the subdivision called Hail Pond where you can swim, skate and canoe. Walking trails around the pond. Some houses back on Hail Pond.
Age of houses: Houses were built here from 2001 on. Some new construction still going on in subdivision.
Advantages: Easy commute to downtown Halifax. Only 10 minutes to Universities and hospitals and only 15-20 minutes to downtown. Short 5 minute drive to Bayer's lake shopping. Most amenities and parks closeby.
Style of housing available: All single family detached houses or apartment condos. Mostly executive two storey homes.
