| Location: The subdivisions are located
in Fletcher's Lake just off the #2 highway. It is well located for commuting
to work. It is a 10 minute drive to Bedford, airport or Aerotech Park
( Litten Industries and Pratt and Whitney). It is alos 15 minutes
to Dartmouth. Halifax is only a 30 inute drive away. Both subdivisions
connect to each other and it is hard to know when you are in one and leaving
the other.
Age of houses: Mid 1970's to present. Some new construction still
going on in subdivision
Advantages: Easy access to the #102 highway by driving a short
distance on the #2. Gorgeous established subdivision with very spacious
lots. Close to large lakes and severla parks. Very poplar subdivision
with good resale.
Style of housing available: All single family detached houses are
available here including split entry, side split and two storey homes.
Many larger two storey homes available in this area.
