so commuting time is quicker than some areas. Easy access to #102
Bi-centential highway to Halifax or airport. Age of houses: Most houses were built around 1974-1976. Advantages: Wonderfully treed lots with many backing on parkland.
Basinview school is located very closeby. Walking to grocery, banks,
restaurants, Papermill Lake beach, rink, baseball fields, parks, Tim
Horton's and many other amenities. Easy commute to Halifax and airport.
1 km from exit to #102 Hwy. Style of housing available: All single family. Medium size
split entry and two storey homes. Less than 100 homes in subdivision.
Some of streets in subdivision: Two streets only Village Crescent
and Bedford Hills Road Schools: Basinview Elementary grades Primary-6,
Bedford Junior High grades 7-9, C.P. Allen High grades 10-12. If you're
child is taking Early French Immersion they would attend Fort Sackville
and Eaglewood for grades Primary to 6.
