Location: Waterstone Subdivision is located off the Lucasville Road about half way between Hammonds Plains Rd and Lower Sackville. It is technically not in Hammonds Plains but in a community called Lucasville although it is often referred to as a Hammonds Plains subdivision.
Advantages: Large lots of at least an acre with most 2 acres or more. Two lakes in subdivision, McCabe Lake and Webber Lake.All singkle family homes.
Age of houses: The subdivision was only developed in late 1990's so most houses are newer. Subdivision is only partially developed so there are lots of brand new homes in the area.
Style of housing available: All single family detached houses are available here including split entry, side split and two storey homes. Some are on the lake.
Schools: ( Note: Waterstone is part of the Sackville School system so children do not attend school in Hammonds Plains at all).
